I'm a mum just like you trying to get back to the way my body was pre-pregnancy, when I could at least sneeze without the fear of leaking. I have a 3 year old boy and a baby girl who I love so much, BUT that doesn’t change the fact that they have given my more cellulite than ever in my whole life. So now, I am committed to get my body back, nurture and focus on myself and don't let pregnancy or my postpartum journey define who I am or how my life will be.

You can expect energizing classes regardless of your level of experience. Every class will have a mix of fun with a touch of sweat and deep relaxation at the end, without worrying about name of the poses, if you're doing it right or feeling lost. I'll be there to guide you
In my classes I offer modifications for ALL levels, so you can go deeper at YOUR pace and with each practice. Yoga is for EVERYONE!
Classes are online so you can connect from the comfort of your home, while on vacation or wherever you are
